What it does

The storefront for Panca 3 Indera, a Brunei fragrance house. Shoppers browse the collection by family (oud, masculine, feminine and unisex), open a scent to read its notes, and check out through a WhatsApp message that arrives already filled in with their cart.

The AI concierge

Choosing a perfume online is hard when you cannot smell it. The concierge asks a few questions about what the shopper likes and suggests scents from the real collection, in the brand's voice. It runs on the Claude API.

How it is built

  • Vue 3, Tailwind and Pinia on Cloudflare Pages, with KV for settings.
  • A quiet, editorial look to suit the brand: serif display type, ink, cream and gold.
  • WhatsApp checkout, because that is how customers here already buy.
